Keeping busy in July...

Yay to Cannon the Firefighter!

Love my Primary Singing Time visitors and fun activity ideas... Stake Pres Bikman telling stories, Christy as an ox, Bishop Fike leading wtih a plunger, Big ears... Can't wait for Steff to come be a chicken!

And this cute boy learned 'The Primary Colors' song well apparently... his mom texted me this cute message: Thomas picked out these pieces from a game and said "these are the church colors!"

4th of July festivities... setting up scout flags then party at our house... tons of fun!

And my silly kids... I love how they sleep, enjoy life, and play together! Kenny and Stephen trade off with Geneve on their beds each night. Kas... no words for this sleeping beauty who just wants to sleep in til noon everyday (takes after her sister)... seminary wake-up will be QUITE interesting to see!! Whether she's peeling zucchini all over the floor or pretending to enjoy babysitting or shopping for schoolclothes IN HER EQUESTRIAN OUTFIT because she's kind of self-actualized, she makes me laugh so hard.

Kas and Stephen are having fun playing together... dances, shopping at IKEA, growing up!

Uncle Sterl's 43rd birthday party... he's the most incredible brother! How wonderful to live by family, for cousin playtime, Eagle projects, and to have Uncle Sterl baptize the kids at the temple!

Kenny's on his way to Eagle Scout!

Love having Mom over to play... and eat at Fogo!

Miss dad always... I love this quote I heard recently. "There's something special on the other side of this moment."

I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side,
spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts
for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck
of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other.

Then, someone at my side says, "There, she is gone."
Gone where?
Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast,
hull and spar as she was when she left my side.
And, she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port.

Her diminished size is in me -- not in her.
And, just at the moment when someone says, "There, she is gone,"
there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices
ready to take up the glad shout, "Here she comes!"

And that is dying...
