Kas miraculous car accident, Kenny ROCKS UIL, Bill in hospital, Houston girls trip, Stefan the firefighter!

We were so blessed Kassie’s life was spared- totaled the 2021 Camry on black ice and walked away unharmed - this was a scary phone call to get:

“I spun out on the ice and was inches from behind T-boned by a semi. I am so lucky to be alive, I cannot even begin to describe how sorry I am. I tried not to overcompensate the wheel, I didn’t slam on the brakes, I did everything we talked about and maybe that’s why I’m still alive. I ran into the poles on the side of the road, luckily I didn’t hit another car, and no one is injured. A cop car pulled up, I filed a damage report, and I was able to drive to a gas station. So I am on the phone right now with Progressive, filing an insurance claim and getting a tow. I will pay for all of the damage myself and I am so so sorry. I cant believe I am alive, mom I think your prayer might have saved my life and the lives of my 2 friends in the car. Stevie: Kas are you hurt at all, do you need a blessing?”

Kenny is making a name for himself!! He’s rocking Literary Criticism UIL: English and Composition—he and his team who qualified by being selected as top English students in the school compete taking a 90 minute long test composed of everything from memorization of Pulitzer/Nobel prize winners from the past 20 years to essays. The first test he broke the Lake Creek school record for the highest score, and the second test he beat his school and the other competing school. Exciting! They made it to Regionals and Lake Creek came in 2nd of 50 schools!! He also became a lifeguard for our Woidforest neighborhood pool👍
